PARKING

  • The City of Cedar Falls features street parking and several public lots. CLICK HERE for more.
  • US Bank and Tandem Tire & Auto Center allow our patrons to park in their lots during our performances. Both are accessed from Washington Street. Thank you to these businesses.
  • There is a Loading Zone located at the front of the theatre on Main for patrons to be dropped off at.


ENTRANCES

  • The front entrance to the building are accessible and are free from stairs or steps.
  • An elevator is located in the lobby for patrons to access the 2nd and 3rd floors. NOTE: Stairs required to access the balcony level of the hall and the stage/backstage.
  • The alley entrance to the building is open only to performers or event staff. Stairs are required to use this entrance.


RESTROOMS

  • Restrooms located on the 1st floor include handicap accessible stalls.
  • Restrooms located on the 2nd floor are single-occupant with installed grab bars.
  • Restrooms located on the 3rd floor are single-occupant with installed grab bars.
  • Restrooms located backstage for performers are single-occupant and require stairs to access.


SEATING

  • The 1st floor of the performance hall is accessible and does not require use of stairs. The 2nd floor of the performance hall requires use of stairs to access seats.
  • The hall has places where patrons can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to theater seats. Patrons who cannot or do not wish to transfer from their wheelchairs to a theater seat should request wheelchair-accessible locations when ordering tickets. 
  • Please contact the Box Office at 319-277-5283 for assistance in picking the best seat for you.

AUDIO/VISUAL ACCESSIBLITY

  • The theatre is equipped with assisted listening devices available free of charge.
  • For theatrical productions, there are large-print scripts available free of charge.
  • At this time, CFCT productions and events are not captioned or ASL interpreted.
  • Rental or non-CFCT events held at the Oster Regent may have other accessible measures in place.
