Noises Off is “quite possibly the funniest farce ever!” The play within a play presents a manic cast of itinerant actors rehearsing a flop called Nothings On with an outrageously funny look at the love, lies, and deceit that take place behind the curtain. Just when members of this chaotic cast finally get their performances right, everything starts going wrong! Doors slamming, backstage intrigue, and an errant herring all figure in the plot of this hilarious and comedic classic.
