You may know this popular title from the hit motion picture or television series, but now you can experience it on stage.
From the early 80’s during the final years of NYC’s celebrated High School for the Performing Arts comes Fame JR. This bittersweet, yet inspiring story features a diverse group of students who commit to four years of grueling artistic and academic work to achieve their dreams. With candor, humor and insight, the show explores issues many young people face today.
Fame JR. features a high-energy, contemporary pop score (which includes the hit title song) combined with a touching coming-of-age story and is a showcase of some of the most talented young artists in the Cedar Valley.
