Back for Year 3!

The mission of the Cedar River Film Festival is to promote and present films made by, in or about Iowans with the purpose of illuminating stories that resonate with Iowa residents.

The festival will take place on October 31st and November 1st at the Historic Oster Regent Theatre in Cedar Falls just a stone’s throw away from the Cedar River.

• Day 1: This year we are hosting a Fright Night on October 31st - it will be an evening of horror films and adult comedy designed to celebrate Halloween and all the things that make Iowa a little creepy and a little scary. This will be a 17+ event.
• Day 2: Enjoy a day of Shorts, Features, and Documentaries that celebrate the stories that make Iowa a unique place.

The Cedar River Film Festival is an annual event hosted by the Cedar Falls Community Theatre at the Historic Oster Regent Theatre in Cedar Falls Iowa.
