Welcome to CFCT's Youth Summer Camps, where imagination takes center stage and dreams come to life! Our camps are a vibrant and exciting opportunity for young performers to explore their passion for the dramatic arts in a supportive and fun-filled environment.

We believe in the power of theatre to inspire confidence, foster creativity, and build lasting friendships. With experienced and enthusiastic instructors, our camps provide a blend of education and entertainment, allowing every participant to shine both on and off the stage.

Registration is open to the first 50 students for each camp. You may register through our Google Form or by calling Julie at 319-277-5283.

Performing Arts Camp for 6-11 Year Olds
June 24-28, 9:00AM-12:00PM
The 6-11 Camp is at capacity. Registering after 4/21/24 will place your student on a waitlist and we cannot guarantee their spot at this time.
Theatre Arts Camp for 11-16 Year Olds
July 15-19, 9:00AM-2:00PM

Cost:

6-11 Year Old Camp: $60
11-16 Year Old Camp: $75

Siblings receive a $10 discount.
Needs-based scholarships are available.

About Camp!

Performing Arts Camp for 6-11 Year Olds

June 24-28, 9:00AM-12:00PM | $60 Registration

Youngsters are divided into age groups and spend each day exploring drama, dance, and music. At the end of the week, they'll present a public performance on the CFCT stage. Registration fee includes classes, materials, and daily snacks.

Theatre Arts Camp for 11-16 Year Olds

July 15-19, 9:00AM-2:00PM | $75 Registration

Participants will spend each day exploring drama, music, dance, and art. A public performance will be presented at the end of the week. Classes include: Musical Interpretation, Scenic Design, Audition Techniques, and Contemporary Dance. Registration fee includes classes, materials, and daily snacks

Fun and Games:

It's not all about rehearsals and workshops – we know how to have fun, too! Our camps include a variety of games, activities, and team-building exercises to ensure that every moment is filled with laughter and excitement.

Final Showcase:

The highlight of camp is the grand finale – a spectacular showcase where campers get to shine in front of family and friends. It's a celebration of talent, hard work, and the joy of performing.
