Gift Stock

When you give gifts of appreciated stocks, you may receive additional tax benefits for the full fair-market value of the stock and avoid the capital gains tax on unrealized appreciation on the stock. Leave a Legacy with a Planned Gift

A planned gift is a present decision to make a gift at some future date, either a number of years from now or at the end of life. The gift can by done from as simply as naming the theatre a beneficiary in your will, life insurance policy, or Individual Retirement Account, to establishing more gift annuities or a charitable remainder trust. Always consult your legal or financial advisors prior to making this generous gift but we would be happy (and grateful) the chat with you about it.

Buy a Brick

Perhaps you’ll never see your star on Hollywood Boulevard, but you can have your own brick in front of the entrance of the Oster Regent Theatre!

A section of the sidewalk is paved with 4″ x 8″ paving bricks. This section is a permanent commemoration of the your spirit, pride and generosity. This gesture adds to the historic downtown area for our building that is on the National Registry of Historic Places.

We take care of all the details by having the brick engraved and installed but we'd love to include your name at the entrance, and the heart, of our theatre. Bricks are $500 each and are tax deductible.
